Reserving a date
When you call Animal Au Pair for the first time, we come to your home to meet
you and your pet and to discuss your travel dates and your pet care
instructions. If your travel dates are within one week, we will collect
prepayment in full. If it is more than one week, we obtain a 50% deposit.
The balance is due on the first visit.
Emergency/Last
Minute Requests
Less than 24 hours notice-25% last minute convenience fee.
Less than 12 hours notice-50% emergency convenience fee.
Cancellations
Less than 24 hours notice-50% last minute convenience fee.
Less than 12 hours notice-No refund.
Holiday Cancellations
The holidays are the busiest time of year for all of us. Once Animal Au Pair is booked, we stop taking appointments. As such, we are unable to refund services canceled with less than one week's notice during the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Payment methods
Animal Au Pair accepts cash, personal check, and credit cards through Paypal*. Click on the link below to use PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free! The recipient email address for Animal Au Pair is lori@animalaupair.com.
*Please note, we are not currently accepting Paypal payments due to a recent change in their policy. If at any time Paypal amends that policy, we will be happy to accept payments through Paypal again. This is effective 12/2/11.
Returned checks
Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
