Makati City, Philippines — August 29, 2025. For one fine day of unstoppable energy, Siemens Healthineers Philippines gathered all of its employees from across the Philippines for its first company-wide Sportsfest held at the Balesin City Sports Club in Makati City.
Drawing from the colleagues’ competitive spirit and sportsmanship, the sport events was designed to foster camaraderie, promote wellness, and strengthen collaboration among colleagues. As a continuation of the annual #SiemensHealthineersAKO (Annual Kick Off), the colleagues competed under their original team colors - deepening bonds and reinforcing a shared spirit across departments and locations.
The employees showcased their competitive edge in basketball, badminton, and table tennis. After a full day of friendly matches and enthusiastic cheering, the Orange Team claimed the overall championship title, earning the highest cumulative points. Awards were presented by Michael Schmermer, President and Managing Director, Paula Villafuerte, Finance Director, and Lanie Lucino, Head of Human Resources. More than just a day of games, the Sportsfest was a celebration of unstoppable spirit, unity, and the vibrant culture at Siemens Healthineers Philippines.
