Proscia:
The following terms and conditions (鈥淧roscia Supplemental Terms鈥) apply to purchases of Products, as defined below, and associated installation and warranty services (collectively 鈥淧roscia Products and Services) through Siemens Healthineers (鈥淪iemens鈥). 聽These Proscia Supplemental Terms are in addition to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Siemens Healthineers and Customer under which Customer purchased the Proscia Products and Services (the 鈥淎greement鈥). 聽With respect to Proscia Products and Services, in the case of a conflict between these Proscia Supplemental Terms and the terms and conditions of the Agreement these Proscia Supplemental Terms shall prevail.
Hamamatsu:
The following terms and conditions (鈥淗amamatsu Supplemental Terms鈥) apply to purchases of Products, as defined below, and associated installation and warranty services (collectively 鈥淗amamatsu Products and Services) through Siemens Healthineers. 聽These Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms are in addition to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Siemens Healthineers and Customer under which Customer purchased the Hamamatsu Products and Services (the 鈥淎greement鈥). 聽With respect to Hamamatsu Products and Services, in the case of a conflict between these Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms and the terms and conditions of the Agreement these Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms shall prevail.
