Technician educating fellow technicians on new equipment

Our full system training program provides a comprehensive technical education experience, enabling clinical service engineers to diagnose, trouble shoot and complete repairs in a variety of maintenance conditions. This curriculum, comparable to the training of our own engineers, enables service engineers to:

  • Expertly manage system maintenance
  • Perform image quality optimizations
  • Efficiently resolve technical issues

Our full system training curriculum covers more than keeping a system operational. It equips your engineers to identify and troubleshoot issues that impact image quality (such as image artifacts, dead pixels or MR spikes).
