Reserving a date
When you call Animal Au Pair for the first time, we come to your home to meet you and your pet and to discuss your travel dates and your pet care instructions. If your travel dates are within one week, we will collect prepayment in full. If it is more than one week, we obtain a 50% deposit. The balance is due on the first visit.

The holidays are the busiest time of year for all of us. Once Animal Au Pair is booked, we stop taking appointments. As such, we are unable to refund services canceled with less than one week's notice during the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Returned checks
Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
