The Centiloid scale provides a standardized framework for amyloid PET quantification and address the challenge of comparing SUVr values derived from scans acquired with different tracers and/or processed using different pipelines. This white paper outlines how Centiloid standardization enables the derivation of generalizable CL cut-off points that support consistent interpretation in both clinical and research settings.
