Reserving a date

When you call Animal Au Pair for the first time, we come to your home to meet you and your pet and to discuss your travel dates and your pet care instructions. If your travel dates are within one week, we will collect prepayment in full. If it is more than one week, we obtain a 50% deposit.  The balance is due on the first visit.

Emergency/Last Minute Requests

Less than 24 hours notice-25% last minute convenience fee.
Less than 12 hours notice-50% emergency convenience fee.


Cancellations

Less than 24 hours notice-50% last minute convenience fee.
Less than 12 hours notice-No refund.

Holiday Cancellations

The holidays are the busiest time of year for all of us. Once Animal Au Pair is booked, we stop taking appointments. As such, we are unable to refund services canceled with less than one week's notice during the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.

Payment methods

Animal Au Pair accepts cash, personal check, Venmo and Paypal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free!  The recipient email address for Animal Au Pair is lori@animalaupair.com.
 

Returned checks

Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

Referral Bonuses

Tell all of your friends about Animal Au Pair! You could earn free services!! For every customer you refer who uses Animal Au Pair, you will earn a $10 credit to be used for any of our services!!  Make sure they let us know who referred them.
