A 5-month-old baby, suffering from severe hypertension, was presented to the hospital. Ultrasound examination showed bilateral congenital hydronephrosis. A contrast CT scan was performed with a dual source photon-counting detector CT, NAEOTOM Alpha.Pro, to rule out renovascular etiology of the hypertension prior to pyeloplasty.

A 2-year-old dog was rescued after being abandoned at a lodge. An abdominal ultrasound examination suggested a possible portosystemic shunt. Surgery was attempted, however, failed to find the anomaly. An abdominal CTA was requested to identify the suspected anomalous vessel.

A 71-year-old female patient, complaining of dizziness for over two months, came to the hospital for a check-up. A native cerebral CT and a CT angiography (CTA) were performed on an energy-integrating detector (EID) CT for assessment.

A full-term neonate was born with a suspicious congenital heart malformation. Prior to the planned surgical repair, a cardiac CT examination was requested to evaluate the heart anatomy, the great arteries and the coronary arteries.

A 75-year-old female patient was presented to the hospital due to an episode of instability. A routine examination revealed a progressive conductive hearing loss on the right side. An ultra-high resolution scan was performed using a dual source photon-counting detector CT, NAEOTOM Alpha®, to investigate the etiology of her hearing loss.

A 53-year-old female patient, complaining of abdominal wall varices, progressive abdominal tenderness and fatigue for the past two years, came to the hospital for a check-up. A triple-phase (arterial, portal-venous and delayed) contrast-enhanced abdominal CT examination was requested and performed for assessment.

A 63-year-old male patient presented himself to the hospital, after a sudden onset of syncope, for a check-up. A Dual Energy CT angiography was performed on a Dual Source CT, SOMATOM Pro.Pulse, to rule out suspected bilateral carotid artery stenoses.

A 63-year-old female patient, with a history of Hypoglycemia, had a calcium stimulation challenge test which showed diffuse insulin secretion throughout the pancreas, suspecting an insulinoma. However, a conventional CT examination did not reveal any pancreatic lesion. A contrast CT scan was performed with NAEOTOM Alpha for further evaluation.

A 59-year-old male patient, with a history of triple CABG and coronary stenting, came to the hospital with non-specific symptoms. A CT scan with a dual source photon-counting detector CT, NAEOTOM Alpha®, was performed to evaluate the patency of the grafts, the anastomoses and the stent.

A 69-year-old male patient, complaining of abdominal pain slowly progressing over the past 3 months, came to the hospital for a check-up. Ultrasound examination revealed a mixed solid and cystic mass in the pancreatic body, with suspicious invasion into the gastric wall. A CT examination was performed with a photon-counting CT, NAEOTOM Alpha®, for further assessment.

A 78-year-old female diabetic patient, with clinical symptoms of a suspected stable angina, came to the hospital for a check-up. A coronary CT angiography was requested to evaluate the coronary arteries and to rule out coronary stenosis. A prospectively ECG-triggered sequential mode was performed with a dual source photon-counting detector CT, NAEOTOM Alpha®.

A 60-year-old male patient, complaining of intermittent chest pain and shortness of breath for the past month, came to the hospital for a check-up. He had a history of coronary stenting. A CCTA was requested and performed with a dual-source photon-counting CT, NAEOTOM Alpha^®, to assess the coronaries and the stent patency.
