In July 2025, Siemens Healthineers Vietnam is proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work® – a global recognition of the most trusted workplaces. Survey results show that 99% of participants are proud to tell others they work at Siemens Healthineers.
The certification is awarded by the prestigious Great Place to Work® organization, based on the Trust Index Survey conducted from May to June 2025 by GPTW. This evaluation focuses on five core elements: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Camaraderie, and Pride. According to the survey, 95% of employees agree that Siemens Healthineers Vietnam is a Great Place To Work, 100% feel able to take time off when needed, 99% are proud to tell others they work here, and 96% say they want to work here for a long time.
