Dr. Shirley Li   Â
Jieli Shirley Li, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor-Clinical at the Department of Pathology and serves as Director of Clinical Pathology Services and Co-Director of the Clinical Chemistry & Toxicology Laboratory. Dr. Li obtained her MD and PhD degrees from the Shanghai Jiao-Tong University School of Medicine and completed her fellowship training in clinical chemistry at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her professional interests center around enhancing laboratory tests for the in vitro diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning of cancer, endocrine disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
Dr. Li has authored over 50 scientific articles and contributing as an Ad Hoc reviewer for 20 different scientific journals. She also plays an important role in participating in guidelines writing for the Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and serving on the Expert Panel Committee of CLSI. Furthermore, Dr. Li contributes to the field as an inspector and inspection team leader for the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and is actively involved with CAP's Chemistry Committee.

Dr. Wendy Vitek
Dr. Wendy Vitek is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist at Boston IVF’s Syracuse, NY Fertility Center. She also serves on faculty at Upstate Medical Center and as an adjunct professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
She specializes in comprehensive fertility care and brings over 12 years of clinical expertise in IVF, fertility preservation, and hysteroscopic surgery. Prior to joining Boston IVF, Dr. Vitek was a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Program Director for the REI Fellowship at the University of Rochester, where she founded and scaled their ACGME-accredited program from 2021 to 2025.
Dr. Vitek is triple board-certified in REI, OB/GYN, and Obesity Medicine. She has led clinical trials, served on advisory boards, and published research in FET protocols, PCOS, obesity, and infertility. She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester, completed her OB/GYN residency at Magee-Womens Hospital (UPMC), and her REI fellowship at Women & Infants Hospital.

Analytical Characteristics and Clinical Performance of Anti-Müllerian Hormone Immunoassay on the ADVIA Centaur® System: A Comparison with Other Chemiluminescent Methods
Analytical characteristics, clinical performance, and method comparison studies were performed and results were determined using ADVIA Centaur, Beckman Access® and Roche Elecsys® AMH assays, and it was determined that the ADVIA Centaur assay is essentially interchangeable with the Beckman AMH assay for acceptable ovarian reserve assessment.

Evaluation of Siemens Atellica AMH assay and comparison with Roche, Beckman and Ansh Labs
The Siemens Healthineers Atellica IM assay shows promise as an alternative method for AMH measurement, demonstrating good correlation with established assays.
