HELIMED Diagnostic Imaging is one of the largest and most advanced imaging chains in Poland, operating in southern part of the country with a total of 14 imaging centers. As part of the new headquarters construction and Value Partnership with Siemens Healthineers, HELIMED aimed at creating a new operational model of patient- and family-centered imaging facility. It led to opening of Patient Experience Center in Katowice, where facility design, medical technology, patient-staff communication and engagement all serve one purpose: improving patient experience.
