Hospital of the Jagiellonian University, one of the oldest higher education institutions in Europe dating back to 1364. In 2006, the hospital started one of Europe’s largest medical investments. Opened in 2019, the New Seat of the University Hospital is the largest and one of the most modern medical facilities in Poland (108,000 sqm, 24 operating theatres, 31 clinical wards, 28 outpatient clinics, 925 beds).
