The members of the Managing Board are jointly responsible for the entire management of the company and decide on the basic issues of business policy and corporate strategy.

The Leadership Committee brings together the global business perspective and represents the specific local market needs in one team. It consists of the Managing Board Members and the global business and regions leaders.

World Health Summit

This year, CEO Dr. Bernd Montag is participating in a panel discussion on Monday, October 13th with, among others, Federal Health Minister Nina Warken on “Joining Forces to Control NCDs: How to Tackle the Largest Disease Burden”.
