The Annual Shareholders‘ Meeting 2026 of Siemens Healthineers AG will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (CET), as a virtual Annual Shareholders’ Meeting without the physical presence of the shareholders or their authorized representatives (with the exception of the proxy representatives designated by the Company).

After the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, a recording of the speeches of the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, Prof. Dr. Ralf P. Thomas, and the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Bernd Montag, will be available here.

Furthermore, the entire Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be transmitted as a live audio and video transmission via the Shareholder Portal for all shareholders and their authorized representatives.
