Compensation of the Managing Board members of Siemens Healthineers AG
The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on February 18, 2025, approved the following compensation system for the Managing Board members with effect from October 1, 2024, in accordance with Section 120a (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) under Agenda Item 7 with a majority of 93.24%.
The following chart provides an overview of the main features and the design of the compensation system for the Managing Board members.

The previous compensation system for the Managing Board members was approved by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on February 12, 2021, with effect from October 1, 2020, in accordance with Section 120a (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) with a majority of 98.91%.
